Scott Oneto

My name is Scott Oneto, a self-taught music producer and engineer with a passion for creating amazing sounds and spreading the art of music with the world.

Ever since I picked up the guitar at a young age, I have had an ear for quality of audio and music. I remember specifically listening to records like Appetite for Destruction by Guns N’ Roses and not only garnering an interest in the writing style and performance of the album, but the production of the album.

I would ask myself why is there a different guitar tone panned left as opposed to the one panned right (Slash’s guitar recordings)? or how can you make very in-your-face music sound so clear and audible with my cheap $15 Walmart headphones?

As years went on, and I discovered more bands who had heavier drums and aggressive vocal work on records, I became more and more interested in learning about how these recordings sounded so perfectly mixed.

Fast forward to today, and I have built up my knowledge and experience of recording, mixing, and mastering by working with professionals at SiriusXM, local recording studios, college radio stations, and by creating my own music in my home studio set-up.
